This policy explains our privacy practices for lendogram.com (the “Site”), Lendogram’s mobile applications (the “Apps”) and services provided by Lendogram, Inc. (collectively, “Lendogram”).

This page highlights key points about the information Lendogram collects or receives about you, how it is used, and your choices.
Information Collected or Received
You may connect to Lendorram with an external application, such as Facebook or Google, in which case Lendogram may receive some information from that other service.
We use cookies, clear gifs, log files, and flash cookies for several purposes, including to help understand how people interact with our site and services, in order to provide a better experience.
Uses and Sharing
We use the information that we gather from our users in a number of ways, including to provide and improve our services, for targeted online marketing, and to communicate with you.
Lendogram will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in our Privacy Policy.
Information Collected or Received
Lendogram will not disclose your name, email address or other personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.
Lendogram automatically receives and records some information from your browser or your mobile device when you visit the Site or use the Apps, such as your IP address or unique device identifier, cookies and data about which pages you visit on the Site or on the Apps. This information helps us analyze and understand how the Site and the Apps work for members and visitors, and provide a more personalized experience for members and visitors. When you use the Apps, you may optionally choose to share your geo-location details with Lendogram in order to use our location-based services. If you have provided your location details but would no longer like to share that information, you may opt out of those services through the settings on the Apps. You may also enable the Apps to access your mobile device’s camera to upload photographs to Lendogram.
You may connect to or register a Lendogram account using an external third-party application, such as Facebook. Lendogram may receive some data from those connected third-party applications.
Messages from Lendgoram
On occasion, Lendogram will contact you. Primarily, messages are delivered by email or by push notifications. Some messages from Lendogram are service-related and required for members. Examples of service-related messages include, but are not limited to: a welcome/confirmation email when you register your account, or correspondence with Lendogram’s support team. These messages are not promotional in nature. Lendogram may also send you messages related to certain features or your activity on the Site or Apps. Lendogram may also send you news or updates about changes to our Site, Apps, or services. By default, members will receive these messages via email or push notifications through the Apps, but you may choose to opt-out of getting certain messages through the settings on your Lendogram account or mobile device.
Lendogram offers optional email newsletters. When you register for an account, or choose to subscribe, you will receive newsletters from us. Newsletters are available to both members and non-members. Members may subscribe or unsubscribe from optional newsletters under your account settings or by following the instructions contained in the newsletter emails. Non-members may subscribe by providing an email address, which will only be used by Lendgoram for these newsletters. Non-members may unsubscribe from newsletters by following the instructions contained in the newsletter emails.
Community
Lendogram is both a marketplace and a community. We may offer several features that allow members to connect and communicate such as forums and multimedia chat events. Please use common sense and good judgment when posting in these community spaces or sharing your personal information with others on Lendogram Community channels. Be aware that any personal information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by others, or could be used to send you unsolicited messages. Lendogram generally does not remove content from community spaces, and your posts may remain public after your account is closed. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to post in community spaces on Lendogram.
Information Sharing & Disclosure
We want to respect your privacy. Lendogram will not disclose your name, email address or other personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this policy.
Lendogram limits access to your personal information to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
Lendogram may release your personal information to a third-party in order to protect, establish, or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; comply with a subpoena, court order, legal process, or other legal requirement; or when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, threats to our property, or violations of Lendogram’s Terms of Use.
Third-party plug-ins also may collect information about your use of the Site. For example, when you a load a page on Lendogram that has a social plug-in from a third-party site or service, such as a Like or Send button, you are also loading content from that third-party site. That site may request cookies directly from your browser. These interactions are subject to the privacy policy of the third-party site. In addition, certain cookies and other tracking mechanisms on our site are used by third parties for targeted online marketing and other purposes. These technologies allow a partner to recognize your computer or mobile device each time you visit Lendogram, but do not allow access to personally identifiable information from Lendogram. Lendogram does not have access or control over these third-party technologies, and they are not covered by our privacy policy. If you prefer to prevent third parties from setting and accessing cookies on your computer, you may set your browser to block cookies. And you may opt out of the use of cookies by Google Analytics here. Additionally, you may remove yourself from the interest-based advertising of companies participating in the Digital Advertising Alliance program by opting out here (or if located in the European Union click here). Although our website currently does not respond to “do not track” browser headers, you can limit tracking by taking these steps.
We can only speak for ourselves; this policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that Lendogram does not own or control, or individuals that Lendogram does not employ or manage. If you provide your information to others on Lendogram or throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to the use or disclosure of the information you provide to them. Lendogram does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. Lendogram is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of other websites on the Internet, even those linked to or from the Lendogram Site or Apps. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.
Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. Lendogram follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once Lendogram receives it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Data Retention
Lendogram will retain your information only for as long as is necessary or your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you no longer want Lendogram to use your information to provide you services, you may close your account. Lendogram will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You may inform us of any changes or requests in regards to your personal data, and in accordance with our obligations under local data protection law, we may update or delete your personal data accordingly.
Privacy Policy Changes
Lendogram reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it periodically. We’ll communicate changes by posting a notice on the Site or the Apps. If we make material changes to this policy, prior to the change becoming effective, you will be notified here, by email, in the version notes on the Apps' platform, or other places Lendogram deems appropriate.
